We value the Kingdom of God. This determines nearly everything we do. We ask this question, "Will it expand the Kingdom of God?" This lets us know if it is important, or merely a good idea.
This means that we value laying hands on the sick. When someone is healed, the Kingdom of God is expanded. We expect God to move when we pray. We cast out demons, prophesy, and evangelize the lost for the same reason.
This is the commission Jesus gave His disciples (Matthew 10:7–8; 28:18–20; Mark 16:15–18). This is still the commission of the church today. Jesus was sent to "destroy the works of the devil" and He said, "As the Father has sent Me, I also send you" (1 John 3:8; John 20:21).
