When you visit the The Bridge Pinnacle Mt., you can expect passionate worship, friendly people, and the presence of God. We know that our first call is to love God and we do our best to keep that the main goal.
As we worship God, people dance, kneel, cry, and shout. Each of these is found in the Psalms as ways that God's people have worshipped Him for millennia.
You will also notice some people waving flags and banners. This is another way that we try to imitate the colors and movement that happens in the worship before God's throne in heaven.
We know that the second commandment is to love each other. We try desperately to be a people of love. We spend time with each other, we pray for each other, we help each other with practical needs, all trying to be a people who love each other enough that Jesus' words will be fulfilled—"By this all people will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another" (John 13:35).
When followers of Jesus come together He promises to show up. We rely on this truth. We need Him to come and be a part of everything we do. If He does not show up, all of our meetings are worthless. Without Him we can do nothing (John 15:5).
You will also notice our reliance on God to speak. Usually, someone will share what they feel God is saying to the congregation or to individuals. Many times part of our worship time will be spontaneous as the Spirit of the Lord rests on different individuals, and after service we normally will have teams to minister prophetically or to interpret a dream.
Our main goal in our services is that everyone that comes would experience God's presence and love. One of our worship leaders, Norm Strauss, said it best, "Many churches have a target group that they are trying to reach. Our target group is the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit."
